All of our vehicles are driven by our experienced, fully licensed chauffeurs. If you are travelling with a large volume of luggage, or oversized items, please let us know and we can provide a fully enclosed luggage trailer that comes at no extra charge. If you are not sure, just ask our phone bookings team and they can help you out.

We understand that your time is important, this is why we are always prompt with our pick-ups and drop-offs. We monitor your inbound flights and make sure to pick you up as soon as your plane arrives to whisk you home.

If you have small children, we supply baby seats and booster seats at no extra charge. We also have a fully enclosed luggage trailer that is so big it can fit your bicycles, golf clubs, and surfboards, plus luggage, and comes complimentary as required.

Do you have a Cabcharge card? We accept Cabcharge cards for payments at no extra cost to you. Just advise us at the time of booking.

Use our Airport Transfer service for your travel to and from the Domestic or International Airports, home, hotel, or other location. We don't just do airport transfers. Ask us about a transfer to the cruise ship terminals, weddings, concert, sporting event or special occasion to get you there in style and comfort.

Costs incurred by a passenger as a result of a delay on any transfer, including failure to make connections with other services, are the responsibility of the passenger.

Any changes to the original booking are not guaranteed. Any waiting time (that can be facilitated) will be charged at $30 per 15 mins.

Travel insurance is recommended and is available from your Travel Agent.

Return flight changes should be advised as soon as possible.

We have limited capacity for luggage, please advise us of how many bags you will have at the time of booking.

Any cancellations 48 hours prior to travel will be non-refundable. Cancellation fee of 10% applies for all other bookings. Late changes to a booking may incur a fee.

We try and monitor all incoming international flights and understand delays occur. We ask if you are made aware of any delays before boarding your flight you please notify us via email or phone/text of these delays.

We allow up to 1 hour of waiting time after the flight has landed in Sydney for you to get through customs. After this time, a waiting surcharge will occur to cover costs of parking and wages etc. This will be at a rate of $30 for up to and including every 15 minutes, payable to the driver. If there are extenuating circumstances i.e. strikes or emergencies this fee may be waived.

The driver may attempt to make contact with you after your flight has landed. After 90 minutes if you have not made contact with the driver or Superior Hire Cars, your car service may leave and you will be charged at full price.

Please understand we are having to implement this due to increased costs at the airport and to ensure other passengers services are not disrupted.
